Commission Terms

Please go over the terms before proceeding to commission me.

Some visual reference is required. (If little visual reference, please be descriptive about your character in the text. May include a fee.)

​

I'm okay with drawing multiple characters in one image, and I have a discount depending on which commission is bought.

​

Simple backgrounds can be self-provided screenshot images or a simple painting by myself for an extra price.

​

Complex designs will be charged more such as complex armors or patterns.

​

I WILL NOT DRAW:

- Extreme gore (Some blood is okay)

- Hate art of any kind

- Explicit Adult Art

- Any Fetish Art

-I have the right not to have to accept or refuse a commission by any means without a reason.

By buying from me, you agree to all terms and conditions below. These terms are stated for my protection.

​

Commission Terms:

- Clients must be 16+

​

- For the first half of the illustration process, I ask for half of the paid amount (the First Half is the sketch and the line art.) Then I ask for the rest to continue for the other half (color and shading.)

​

- PayPal payments only in USD. (I may accept other currency if it's converted to USD)

​

- Discord will be the default choice of contact unless the client requests another method.

​

-Revisions will be available during the process. Two for the sketch stage (One for pose and composition and the other for more details), one for the line-art phase, one for the color stage, and one for the shading stage.

​

- Wanting me to alter the pose/composition after the final sketch revision was made is not allowed (only small details.) Just please make sure it's the pose/composition you want during the first revision.

​

- If a client wants a flat color image or plan lineart with no shading they have to specify it and agree upon a final price with me.

​

- The client can re-post their commission on social media and do what they like, however, they cannot claim that they made it.

​

- The piece may not be used, trained, or altered in AI programs.

​

- The client can't use the piece as a type of way to make money unless addressed with me before the commission is agreed upon.

​

- The piece can not be used as a Non-Fungible Token (NFT) or be used advertising them.
